STYRENE-SURFER, I post the pictures of my builds to show what can be obtained through some work, not to deter others from building. That is not my goal. Please grab that Mav and build! Thank you for your compliments, and steal away! Guy -
Good evening guys, One more for tonight. I built a couple of these kits. The first one was around '67....Glue bomb but, I loved it! The second was around '72. I lost it when I moved out of the house and got married. Mom cleaned up! It wasn't that great anyway. This one here is my third and final shot. I had to make it count.

Rocking Rodney Rat, When I first started this one, I vowed I would get it to as much exact as the actual original car I could. The Monogram kit builds up like a toy. I fought to fix it. Body work has been done to this car also. I have a under shot of the car. It was taken by a friend at a show while I held it.

GoodbuildNY, The slicks are from the Revell Stone, Woods & Cook or the Mazmanian Willys. Yeah they work out OK. Wheel opening is a little large. If you have a problem with your wheel choice sliding around in the slick, you can run a strip of .010" sheet plastic on your wheel. That should fix the problem. Thank you, Guy -

Hi Glen, Thank you. This one wore me out since I haven't done a major job like this since the McLaren. The doors with the side window frames were a real pain. The inner door panels are scratch built including the levers and arm rests. The car is set up the way the actual cars were. Spring towers moved out to accept that SOHC. That engine compartment is all scratch built. And oh God, those headers.... Guy -

Hello Brian, There's a lot of grey area in your question. Various companies. If your question is on the body, Tamiya white primer, then Black Gold's Orion Silver Metallic, then Black Gold's Kandy Brandywine, finished off with Testor's Wet Look, and then polished out, and finally I used Meguire's Ultimate Polish on it. Hope that answered your question! Guy

Snake45, We found out through taking measurements that the Johan Sox & Martin '71 'Cuda is undersized. Not 1/25th scale. With that said, the Revell grill may work on the Johan body. Good luck! Guy -

Alan, Just posted pics of the Maverick. Boy Al, that would be a ton of work postings the build up pics. I should write a book! I think what I'll do for now is just post pics of the built ups. If anyone, (and no one as of yet), ask any questions about something, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Thanks Alan! Guy -
Good afternoon, This is a major conversion using a Johan body, and a modified AMT '67 Mustang chassis. Guy

Of course it does. So very disappointed with that Revell body. The kit parts are done really well. The body, not so much. OK, with that, I wanted to do this car a while ago, and when word got out Revell was doing a '70 Hemi 'Cuda, I was ecstatic! When I finally purchased TWO of the Revell Hemi 'Cuda kits, and opened the box, I nearly fainted. WHAT DID THEY DO!!!!! Plan "B". Hit up Ebay for a original MPC '70 'Cuda kit. I know that body is decent. The rest is history... -
