I’m looking for a Chevy grille to fit the mpc gmc deserter 1/25 scale kit. Is anyone currently making any? thanks for viewing.

Does anyone know why moebius doesn’t show these listed on their website? I’ve been checking for months and haven’t seen them listed.

You would have loved it. Different types of car builds but lowriders galore😍Id like to attend an NNL East one of these years. Hopefully one year.

If I remember right, the guys that have been putting it on are getting older and wanted somebody else to take over, but nobody stepped up to the plate. Plus the cost of renting the Santa Clara convention center was getting higher and higher. It’s really unfortunate as it was a very awesome model car event. Lots of builds & vendors. I was fortunate to of visited about 5 to 6 times and displayed some of my builds.

Nice. Here’s my first ever kit bought/built in 92. I was disappointed when I opened the box & found black wall tires instead of white.

Looking for the canted headlight from clip & long hood for this kit if anyone wants to trade for something let me know what you’re after. It could be a long shot or I may have it. I don’t have a picture of the long hood but this is the clip.

If you got a set you want to trade or something, let me know.

These would be awesome to get again but namely the ‘68 convertible.

Thanks Tim. The only thing I wish I had done different is borrow a motor from the amt 69 corvair & try to fit it into this one.

Looking at my old topics I realize I must of forgot I started this thread & never posted this rebuilder in it’s finished state. a little late but here it is. sorry for the darkish pics.

Would be awesome to see moebius produce more Chevrolet kits of different models.

?thanks for the reply Steve G. It would be cool to see those come back. People selling original unbuilt ‘68 Impala convertibles on eBay for upwards of $300 is insane & out of the question for many of us builders.
