  1. Well, starting my build. Began with an AMT Snow Plow kit. Front axle and rear winch are Kit Form Services items. Wheels and tires are from my PRIZED Scenes Unlimited stash.

Not modeling a real truck. Just letting my imagination flow (having fun!). Was thinking of a rear spade like tanks use in recovery operations. Maybe a welder and tanks mounted behind the cab.

I scratch built the front bumper and winch.     Throw me some ideas! 20230317_201317.thumb.jpg.d8f303317e445de1ab5b6f7209c5b68f.jpg20230317_201330.thumb.jpg.01fb7f63872dfddd1e5d364d6fae9e89.jpg20230317_201346.thumb.jpg.5fae15cacc49f7fafab8264a650e19fa.jpg20230317_201422.thumb.jpg.cb6b9d00b62b0aa3f85df5a9f9b1438a.jpg

Very Sharp Build! Nice to see a Ford get some love.

You might consider adding a rear wing for some downforce on those slicks, if that is allowed in the class it is racing in.

    Thanks everyone!

Alan, that would look cool! My old building days included reference pictures taken by my old Minolta camera. I would go to our local drag strip and walk the 'pits' and take pictures. And I had LOTS of pictures! I always got into the cars that smaller racers ran. Ones that I could picture my simple self wrenching on. I think that's where I aimed this build at. It's all fun!

Pretty darn amazing, more details please

    Thanks, guys!

Jeff, I really don't remember much. Well, parts box wheels and tires and I think it was built right after Monogram released that awesome 1970 Mustang.

Sound advice, great place to keep your fav mags. But what about your phone? Nobody looks at books anymore!

I'm OLD school! I love my books. Only have my phone because I feel like I have to.
