I'll try the wire method, when I used styrene rod, it tends to cool way to fast and repeated heating causes the material to flatten in some portions. Thanks for the input!

What are some tips and tricks people use to make piping for intercooler? I tried using heated styrene but it always deforms. Any suggestions?
