Hi all, this is my 12 year olds first ever model he has done. I painted the body but Isaac painted everything else by himself with the airbrush. I had such a blast on the weekend doing this with him man & I'm so proud of him. He did a awesome job man.

This weekend I had the best time doing models with my 12 yr old son. I showed how to use the air brush and man he is a natural. We built a Zinger and Isaac done most of the building. He painted all the parts himself with the air brush man and it turned out groovy. We had such a great time and he is hooked on models now I will post photos soon in Under Glass section

Just wondering if Alclad Gold will work the same way man as the Chrome? If I spray the gold over gloss black man in light coats will the gold come out shinny like the chrome does? Cheers

Here's another update for all you Kool Kats out there man. Motor is 90% done & the body is done, the paint has a real nice sparkle in the sunlight man

Hey Cranky, this is how it comes out man, I love it very groovy. I just painted underneath Chrome paint & it really brought out the sparkle man

So is The Medicine Man Kit being released man? I hope so I love that groovy little C Cab. I can't find any info on it man

This is the Liquid Chrome I used man, I don't know if you guys will have it over there but I'm sure there is something very similar man

Thanks Fox man Hey Gregg, Liquid Chrome is basically Chrome paint in a spray can mate..I'll take a photo and send it to ya man. I didn't prep the underneath at all because I wanted that shinny sparkle look I just used plain old Turtle Wax to polish it man. Gregg I would be very honored if you featured my buggy in a upcoming feature man :D

I love seeing how bad "MOST" of us have got it lol..I'm sure we are more collectors then builders man hahaha

Hey man my wife to be supports me 100% as well and is even starting to build some models with me man which is so cool. She doesnt have a problem with me getting kits but would just wish I would build more then I buy man lol. The other thing is we are getting married in 3 months and all our spare money is suppose to be going towards our wedding my first wife hated my hobby and the amount of money I spent on it I guess thats why she is no longer around man lol
