  1. Gary, yes I'm doing the bike 1st,,I'll start a thread for the GMC soon,I didn't get the tanker body yet
  2. She's done,,under glass ,while I'm gathering stuff for my next build which will be Global Scale's GMC 9500 on the AMT General chassis with a 6V-71 Detroit single rear oil delivery tank truck I'm gonna do the Schwinn bike kit like the one I had,,,it was like B5 Blue with a Pearl white banana seat
  3. For the decals Slixx does,,it's in my post on this thread, thats what I used, the Moebius 64 wasn't around at the time I planned this build
  4. ................got some bench time finally after a busy week of part timing,lol....and end of season yard work,,replaced a rotted out section of T-1-11 on my shed . She's almost done,,have to make up the tarp setup and a few more little items .I pinned the hood latches on so I can swing them down and be able to open the hood.Made my own mirrors with brass rod and Evergreen
  5. I had a few White Road Expeditors that snapped the cast aluminum front cab mount/pivot when I tilted the cab for service,,not a good day
  6. Topher,,,,it's an AMT kit,,,your better off without instructions...........lol
  7. Came out great Lee.... I can hear the Detroit idling now,,has just the right amount of roll 😉
  8. Oh yeah,,the White Road Boss2 ! Lots of possibilities!
  9. Thanks Lee,,,it's getting down to all the small stuff now,,which usually takes the longest ,,,,I might stick the Autocars front skid plate on ,paint it the same yellow
  10. yeah,,what I did was wrap some thin masking tape on each barrel ,,which gave them a bit of resistance, the truck/dump body would never be displayed at an angle which would allow the sections to pull out anyway,,,I just tried it as an alternative to the kits wobbly plastic cylinder,,looks better IMHO
  11. Amazon.com: XKOS 4 Pack Different Back Scratcher Portable Telescoping with Rubber Handles, Extendable Metal Back Massager Tool with Beautiful Box, Stocking Stuffers for Men Women Adults (Black) : Health & Household Brian,my mini chop saw was able to cut it
  12. .............I used the back scratcher for the hyd cylinder,,,lol! Got the air cleaner and tubing in,I'll make inner splash aprons on the fenders out of mudflap rubber
