Welcome info on unusual '65 Lincoln Custom Wagon

My best guess is Johan or AMT who both had a similar kit available. -
Pleased to join this forum. Looking for ID help on this umnusual model I own and I can't find anything in my web searching. Believe it's a screw on body with steel axles similar to Annual or Dealer Promo models. 1:25 scale. Woodgrain and lettering decals look original. Anybody seen this model before?
