  1. I just posted my completed pictures of this Kraco Special on Photobucket. The kit took me about a month to complete. I used reference pictures found online to be as accurate as possible. http://s296.photobucket.com/albums/mm179/A...ahal%20Project/
  2. Here's what I did with mine. http://s296.photobucket.com/albums/mm179/Alvins-models/
  3. Here are some photos of my completed diorama. http://www.rocketfin.com/mcc_guest_models/...garage-2008.cfm
  4. Hey Tom, Alvin here, we're always at the same shows but we never met. I saw some of your models at Blizzcon 08 and at NNL East in 05 great work. Will you be at the NNL show in Jersey? I'm bringing my Porsche diorama that was at the columbus show, hope to see some of your models there.
  5. Anyone from Central Ohio going to NNL East?
  6. That one is 800 big ones over what I would spend. But thanks, looks like a cocept chair.
  7. I hope you enjoy. http://www.rocketfin.com/mcc_guest_models/toyota_4runner.cfm
  8. I'm in the market for a new chair and I'd like some recommendations. The hard wood chair I'm using now is killing my back. Pictures would help.
  9. Thanks Dan, it was good chatting with you. Thanks for telling me about airbrushing Future otherwise I'd have this 27oz bottle forever. If you need any help with getting the stuff you need for your diorama just email me. Thanks again,
  10. You ever go to Hobbyland on Sawmill in Dublin? I get most of my supplies from there. What vendor table does your friend have?
  11. I'll be competing this Sat, Feb 16. My Porsche diorama will be there with some other models I've been working on.
  12. American Model Club 34 Post Rd Sloatsburg, NY 12303 John Parliament Can't seem to find a phone number or an email for this club in Sloatsburg, NY. It's under Club Directory.
  13. Hey Drew, I did alot of research on this when getting mine. The airbrush compressors just for airbrushes sometimes pulsate because they have no tank, and are usually around $100. I went to Wal-Mart and got a two gallon compressor for around $60 and it has two gauges on it one for pressure and one for adjustments. If it was up to me I would have gotten one with a much bigger tank but I had to put it in a Rubbermaid container with foam to keep the noise down in my apartment. It came with a hose and air chucks for filling tires and balls. If you have the room for it I would go for the biggest tank you can afford and put it somewhere you won't hear it.
  14. Thanks, I'm going to look into that. I see from your pictures you like Porsches, your models are cool. Check out more of my Porsche stuff at http://www.rocketfin.com/mcc_guest_models/...sts_gallery.cfm It also has my military models. (My models are under Alvin L.)
  15. Hi MCM, I received a model car (without box or instructions) from a friend and I would like to know if you guys remember this kit. The kit was assembled and never painted, there was no sign of the kit company, so I carefully took the whole model apart and inside I found a Bandai label in the plastic. What I know so far is that it's a Porsche 906 1/16 scale from the 60's with movable suspension and comes with hoses for the engine and cooling (they're made from a tight mesh spring almost like slinkies.) It's molded in white grey and some chrome plated parts. I would like to rebuild this kit one day with as much detail as the real thing. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your trucks look good. How do I get those rims and tires? I used a set but they where smaller on a toyota I built.
