  2. The hamster one is funny, but this one is even funnier I think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9LzeDg8z-M
  3. Sucks there isn't a Hobby Lobby close by here.
  4. Ok Guys, got a small update. I found my Resin Delivery Sedan and tried it out on the chassis, wasn't too happy with the front wheel wells, so I went back to the original body. Also found my tear drop hood so I can put a bigger engine in. And the engine.
  5. Nah no chopping.
  6. Mike, that is an awesome Camaro, I love the colors and the height. I will try that next time with the wheels.
  7. What he said ^
  8. I do plan on useing the front bumper, mainly to cover the gap the front roll pan has. I will have to trim it a little bit though.
  9. Thanks guys. As far as getting the nose down, the wheels actually stick out past the fenders while on the spindles, so the fenders keep it like that. I will try again because the spindles have another hole just above the one they are on.
  10. Alright guys, going to build this one after this drawing. Using these wheels, Had to use aluminum tubing for a new shorter axle so the wheels and tires would fit in the tub. And then she sat like this. With some adjustment of the suspension she sits like this now.
  11. This is a Box art build. If the instructions call for body modification, then so be it. I am allowing subtle details like lowering or plug wires.
  12. So a box art build challenge?
  13. I would like to add, that this a box stock build. You may add small details such as plug wires and other things. No body modification ( I know some are you are hurting just reading this) You may, however, modify what parts that come with the kit. Example: trimming the suspension to lower it. Basically, your build should look like the box art.
  14. Well guys, it's official, I am moving after the first of the year. I will be in Virginia Beach no later than March 3rd 2011. Hope to meet you guys that are in that area after I get settled.
  15. Baiscally, the plan is to go by the instructions for the paint. The thing is, however, if I make it to where you paint the body whatever color you want then, that could change the whole color scheme of the interior. So what I think should happen is as long as you have a color that closely matches what the instructions call for, then use it.
  16. I have been on this board for almost 2 yrs, I think, and I have rarely seen anyone build by the instructions. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a build where you have to follow all instructions, with a few exceptions, well maybe one exception, colors. If you don't have the color, like say the engine calls for Ford engine Blue, you can use just blue, so on, and so forth. If anyone is interested let me know. I don't plan on starting until I make my move around the 1st of Feb. Reply here or send me a PM if interested. Entry List: Clay-??? Knucklehead- 57 Corvette Gasser Corvette.Jeff- ????? diymirage- 1968 Dodge Charger R/T Jason Vandergriff- NASCAR
  17. Looking great, Pali!!
  18. I got mine either Friday or yesterday. I can't complain about it being late.
  19. Actually, I remember now it was one of those kits that you screw together.
  20. I got them from a 1:32 scale truck I had around that was falling apart. It was a snap kit. From a long time ago.
  21. Ok, I guess I will throw this one in, thanks to El Destructo, Michael for giving me the kit. The paint is GTS Blue, a nice deep blue. It is a nice deep blue.
  22. Man I will have to come up with a few more builds to keep up with Pali. Hmmm... What else do I have out there?
  23. Great job on merging the two together!!
  24. Clay

  25. I got to say something else, I wasn't apologizing. So you can go and do what ever it is you were doing before.
