Well in the newest movie as well as the show the car had operating doors until it was wrecked. Then they fixed the car but didn't have enought time to repair the hinges hence the welded shut doors. So what i think is he's building the general pre wreck so thats why the doors work. Also everyone else thats picking apart his grammar why not keep it build related. This isn't school so theres really no need to bash on grammar here. If its too bad to read then leave or let the pics do the talking. End of story. -
Strip and repaint it bro thats what i do everytime something like that happens to my builds. Sand paper you can buy at a auto parts store or even a ace hardware store. usually comes in a pack of 5 pages for a real cheap price.

So i was watching Darren B's awsome 41 chevy show lowrider and it inspired me to do something big and very cool. So i dug up some kits and went looking for the perfect build to make a zombie show truck. After about 3 hours of arguing with myself (i swear im not crazy) i finally found the perfect kits. Im going to blend three kits (two were complete and one was a parts kit) to make a HUGE show rig. The frame will be 20 inches long and the cab/sleeper will be just over 14 inches. Im also going to make the hood a inch longer to fit the alison engine in the cavern LOL. enough talk heres the beginning of the end. Bring your guns because we will need to fight off the undead hoards real soon guys.

Ok got the body painted and cleared as wll as the trunk deck and hood Then i was thinking on how to do the chassis. First i was gonna do a boring black but then i thought hey its a show car why not go all out? So i painted it to match the body lol More to come soon guys.
-
yup thats the way i did it bro. I shot silver and let it dry and gas out for about 30mins. Then shot satin black over it while the paint was wet i took a piece of cling wrap and made sure there was some ripples in it. I covered the wet black coat and pressed it on the paint surface till the silver base started to show in some places. I then removed it and let it all dry for a hour.Shot the candy over it and presto i got a marble paintjob. Oh yeah there was no retardner or hardner added all the colors came from a can

yes they have. they even tried to send me to a hospital but im too smart for the ambulance occupants. LOL JK thanks for the good words bro

Got the trunk deck painted. The rest of the car will be done like this too.
