    66 GTX

Okay, You got me Whale (no real name avil) It's a 66 Belvedere with 67 GTX trim. We did have a 66 Belvedere II with a Hemi (factory drag car 33k miles on it) and my Lil bro had one with a 6 then transplated a 318 V-8. The wheels are Chevy rally wheels and the only differance is the Chevy has 5 slots and Mopars have 6 slots Chevy wheels Mopar Cop car wheels I cut the rim off of the amt wheels and then cut a set of Revell/monogram chrome rims for the chrome rings to fit the revell tires.. Then use the center caps off of the Dodge DOH police car. Taa Daa.. Mopar Cop car wheels.
  12. There is Love for them. I was just wondering the other day "what ever happen to those 80s Camaros?" I do love the IROCSs. gotta find one of those. Since I was at my LHS the other day, I pick this up. I built one of these when they were new. Never got the rear glass to set right. I now have another shot at it.

    66 GTX

Thanks for the comments. Yes My dad still has it and drives it on those nice sunny days but swapped to a single carb. I don't know why, the dual carbs looked soo much cooler and ran fine. He was running a taller tire in the rear for Drag racing but went to 60series tires all the way around. I liked the Rake of it then. I find 1:1s alittle easier than creating off the top of my head. If there is something to start with. Before I buy a car, I make sure there is a model of one
  20. Very nice and clean.. Nice looking Camaro. AMTs ? Great job.
  21. Who needs a Crew cab when you can have a CrewWagon.. Looks great. Love the paint job.. Very Cool..

    66 GTX

This is the Revell 67 GTX that was slightly converted to a 66 to replicate my dads ride. I stuffed in a AMT 69 RoadRunner 440 with daul Quads. Filled in the front turn signals on the bumper and put them in the center headlights now turn signals. Placed the chrome trim on top of the fenders. a few PE Mopar emblems on the rear pillars and passenger front fender. Built my own headers and 2 1/2'inch daul exhaust with flowmasters. Chevy rally wheels turned into Mopar Copcar wheels with chrome trimrings and poverty caps. And Yes, he has that Lovely Copper interior. Hope you enjoy. Thank you..
  24. Very cool, could use a bit more lighting. I think your unknown figure is a Homie? Looks like he also has a Tummy ache.
