  1. Silly question probably but since soo many molds were stolen or destroyed. Couldn't they reverse engineer new ones? I'm sure there are still Like new condition kits out there that could be borrowed to remake molds of? I'd gladly Loan out what I had to get 2-3 back with an insurance policy to insure it came back. I'm sure some details could be worked out. How hard could it be? and less $$ in the long run. Just my 2cents
  2. Nothing wrong with it. I didn't think it was that easy of a kit to get started in. Carry on.
  3. That's one way to say hands off. LOL.. I'm gonna have to check out modelhaus for those boots.
  4. Doing good. tell me more about your Dual axle tow truck.. Is that a 1/27th scale diecast ford 350?
  5. Hot Dang!! that looks SchaaWeeeeeeeeet as heck.. Great looking Interior alone. I may be a Zukiholic but that Nissan Looks Darn Good.. Okay, I admit it, I got a weak spot for the R34s.. Great job..
  6. Is that the revell kit? paint looks really good.. I like the job you did on the clear hood.
  7. Well, your first build in a while is not the first choice I'd do. Even today.. Are you airbrushing or rattle canning? (is that even a word?) Your off to a Very good start..
  8. You got way to much time on your hands. LOL.. I Like the continental package. Good plan.. For the Antenna, Cut the points off and add a drop of Super Glue. (I'm sure you already knew that anywhoo) Did you Dip your GTX in Clear? Looks Perty.. Shinie..
  9. I wish they did too. Nice Mopar wheels on Your Dakota. Does it have a V-8 too?
  10. I did go but not early. It felt weird looking over what was left of his models. Knowing who he was and how much he has done for the hobby. I'm sure there were people there that just wanted a piece of history or just to have something of Bobs. I applaud them. Then there are the bottom feeders going at it like rabid dogs. Seeing who was gonna score that big find for EPoo I waited till it was all done and said to see what was left. If it was there, it was meant to be. I picked up a started 57 Chrysler 300C and a complete Chevy Luv (my wheels and tires tho). I wonder what his plans are for the 300C? Thank You Bob. My Heart and Prayers are with you and your Family.. Rodney.
  11. Another great looking Nova. Don't worry about the lug nuts, Drive it right and the front wheels won't hit the ground
  12. I gotta say Spike, the 41 is looking really sharp. Nice paint and louvers. For the 71, use the chrome axle with the control arms on it. Coil springs will work better with the height your going for. Either that, or re-arch the rear Leaf springs (build new probably). just a thought.
  13. Truely another Great rendition of the ASA Camaro. Dang, how sad I am for missing kits like that. Really? doubled up on the white Decals? Excellent job, again..
  14. WOW!! Now that is Awesome looking.. Excellent Job!!
  15. Shoot Man! I thought you'd be all stocked up with those donor kits.. Atleast you'll have time to do Body Prep work
  16. WHo?? How soon the young forget.. Even at my Old age, I rarely forget ole what's his name.. Now let's see what ya can do with that..
  17. Thank you sir and all Marines and Service personnel Allowing us to go on in our daily lives as safe as a baby in our mothers/fathers arms. My Heart and prayers go out to you all.. Raul_Perez Well said..
  18. Happy Birthday Harry.. I really tried to find a bigger cake but couldn't get burn permit.. Happy Birthday and Many More.........................
  19. Just for winging it, I'd give you a A++. That looks darn good. The only thing I know about Trailers is my Dad used to design/build them for PeerLess. Of course that was back in the days when PeerLess was HUGE.. (which I really know nothing about) Everything is Awesome. Hard to tell from a real one. The Trucks, Both of them, are Really Great.
  20. Now there is an interesting combo. A Harley Bug That was my funds for the ModelSwap meet Sunday. No more O/T at work.
  21. Cats sure are curious little buggers. I have 2 and one that likes to sneak into my hobbie room. I don't like leaving my door closed all day so I put up a screen door (yup). It's actually a patio door screen that fits the opening and I put little hinges on it. It may not look great but it works, the cats like to climb on Everything. This way the cats stay out except when I don't latch it and one cat can pull my door open.
  22. Well I just happen to be reading the funnys in my local news paper and spotted the thriftie section. Don't know what to do with them all but a good deal is a good deal. I might keep one or two. Now I just have to let them air out in the garage, Smoke clings to everything!! I didn't know the 66 Olds 442 came as a Convertible.
  23. I'm still here, Just kind've hit a wall in design. Starting back up on it..
  24. Nothing here either. I even checked the spam filter and nothing. I do get Em notifications for PMs. Like there really Is a time when nobody is here.
  25. Dang!! that is one Hot Rodded Toy. Looks dang cool. I Love it. I gotta find one..
