Gm Model Kit Licence Fees
Edward Gore replied to Edward Gore's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
yeah, this could go in a weird sort of direction. I'd like to see kits remain at the $14. to $16. range for a while -
Gm Model Kit Licence Fees

What was GM property is now U.S. property -
The U.S. Government now owns the majority of GM. Does the same idea behind the HR 607 act (previously HB 4806) extend to GM model cars and trucks too? It should info on HB 4806 > HR 607

It's loosely based on a 1938 Mercedes Benz G4 http://www.autogallery.org.ru/mbg4.htm http://www.the-miniature-figure-warehouse.com/tzk-0123.html http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y148/PANZ...Benz20G-4-2.jpg http://www.model-marque.com/cw2/assets/pro...z_770K_blue.jpg http://www.model-marque.com/cw2/assets/pro...nz_G4_white.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/comm...enz_G4_1938.jpg

Interesting subject project. What kit did you start from?
-
Very nice. What materials did you use to make them? also, I like your little, pre-flat screen DTV next to the bench too
-
Two figures that are the same old ones. The skulls are cool to have. One driver head with german WWII helmet and the other one with a german commander's cap. The shovel that is included in this kit is way out of scale (too little). I was hoping they would make it 1/24 http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.p...st&p=205064 This post provides good sprue shots of the whole kit. Thanks for the info on the truck set ups!

click My Controls near the top of this page then click Edit Avatar Settings under the Personal Profile heading. This is in the left column then choose one of the image uploading options available -
LHS had two on the shelf... totally lucky Bought both of them. Opened one. No flash but a few seem lines to clean. 1/35 Tiger wheels and tracks will make it work if you want more detail Otherwise a cool kit

Sprue shots please if you can. Did Lindberg offer a refund?
-
I'm buying two today, well actually putting in an order today. Then pick up in December.
