Well i have stalled out on the jeep so here we go with another toy to clear the senses..... i did a minor lift to level the truck alittle and decided to go with a satin finish on the paint which is a two tone black and gray. I will be doing a graphic where the colors meet. de-chromed the bumpers and grille dont want a lot of chrome on this one.

The fact that it's called a Hi Lux is how I knew it was an overseas model. Righthand or lefthand drive they don't call it a Tacoma except in the US.
Don't know why, when it's still the same truck.
Can't wait to see the '64!
Tru that homie.

...well.. ignore my last comment because after adding the last parts to it.. it looks great. Good job with it I like it a lot... but can you fill me in with what isn't box stock? That looks like box stock wheels/tires that I have but what have you done differently with it? I'm asking because thats the amount of lift I want on mine.
So this kit comes 2 ways right hand drive or left hand drive, with stock suspension or with the scale 4" lift all chrome parts for both. i added scale 2" on top of the kit 4" only to the front. so in a sense a lift with a leveling kit, also i went with the right hand drive it just looks cooler and makes it a hilux not a tacoma. i am tyong to find the reg cab long box to build that one i want to do all link suspension with 1 ton axles and 46's or 50's bright yellow.
Hope this helps.

Nice Hi Lux!
I love 4X4's.
Funny thing is, if this was a US model it would be a Tacoma Double Cab.
No matter, you did a great job with this one.
UMM...... ah its the right hand drive model........... U.S. would .....be... umm yeah left hand drive.
LOL Thanks for all the great input.
