  1. Rodney, I got thinking looking at it in that green, why not leave it green and add worn off U.S. Army lettering? Nick
  2. Hey Andy, How long have a I got till this thing is over, because I'd like to know when I should idealy start, I have a bunch I'm trying to finish right now. Nick
  3. Well I'll be Darned if I can find the Steering wheel I dug out, added a column shift to and painted, So I'll have to find another, but other than that and a little dashboard detailing left to do, the interior is done, also added the foglights to the front facia under the bumper. Also painted the chassis plate, still need to do the rails. Nick
  4. Marty that is Beautiful!! Can't Wait to see it done Nick
  5. To me they look like the Lip has been sanded off and the backs sanded out. the apperance leads me to beleive they are LRT wheels, Just like the ones on the following truck that I sanded the backs out of.
  6. Thanks Lyle, you might have to wait, LOL still got a whole interior to do and suspension to finish, then there exhuast and to finish the booms which I swore I was going to do last night. Anyway, got some of the decals on, and 1 coat of clear, some stuff has been cleaned up and/or removed. And I have been tinkering with the frame and suspension set up.
  7. Did a little on the ST/GT Primed it Sanded it, Did the windsheild band, Hopefully tonight I'm going to completely do the interior. Nick
  8. Still Movin' On...............Slowly...........Cab only needs window trim, decals, and clear, then I can install glass and move forward farther...............Nick
  9. This isn't finished, infact I only finished painting the cab today and as I post this it is drying. this was a mock up shot, and it's not even lifted, just tall tires and thick springs for hauling cars. Edit, those wheels were for mockup, a set of chrome plain dually's will take there place, also this truck is actually a '76 GMC Sierra Grande K35
  10. Tough call, very tough call, I'd have to go with the MPC then later AMT '78 Little Red Truck, so many ways to build it, and so many aftermarket swap ins for it. Nick
  11. Thats looking good Andre, can I make a small suggestion? If you sand the tire treads, they'll look more realistic. Nick
  12. Thank you, I'll have to get some Pledge with Future Shine.
  13. Rodney the grill that it came with, does it look like a cross between a '78 Dodge van grille and a '81+ style dodge van grille? Also I got this today, nothing fancy, From Left to right; Flat black, Gloss black, light grey primer, dark grey primer, red oxide primer, white primer, and a can of aluminum.
  14. Ok thanks Guys, The Clear method and Superglue method sound good to me, soon as I clear off the bench a Bit I guess I'll start the Hemi Cuda. Nick
  15. I just bought a Hemi Cuda kit and a Photo Etch set to go with it, this is for a later time but I'd still like to know what to use to glue on the PE without damaging the paint or it fogging up. Nick
  16. Thanks I figure it'll look better in primer.
  17. Looks great so far I have one of these in my Stash. One thing though it's a F100, not F150, the F150 didn't arrive until mid year 1974. Nick
  18. Bought some aluminum paint for the exhaust, Gloss black for the body, and grey primer for the body today, aswell as stocking up my primer cabinet, with Red oxide, Yellow Cadmium, light grey, dark grey, and white. Nick
  19. I think it was Matt, I got an email from you, Sure enough it wasn't from you, so to the Deleted box. Nick Just incase I'm gonna run a few virus scans.
  20. Ok Thanks, I have a few but wasn't sure what they actually were, I think I stole them from a broken radio.
  21. Exams are done, back to building. Have till Wednesday off.

  22. I used to finish around 7 cars a year, now I'm down to, well for 2010, I finished exactly 7, but 5 were started in 2009, this year I have finished exactly 0 so far, and for 2010 I started 12 builds, so I'm a little swamped. Nick BTW if I get more than 1 done this year I'll be a happy man.
  23. Looks good so far what year are you doing it as the '90 or the '91-'93 454SS, I'll be watching this, I have one of these suckers stashed away awaiting a bunch of aftermarket setail parts. Nick
  24. Sweet! Now I can build a CHP Mustang! Nick
  25. Looks great. Can ask what you used for the fuel filter? Nick
