Built at Wolfies Speed And Drag Shop for a very paranoid El camino owner in fear of 2012....We added plenty of armor,2 blown motors,and an air refiltering system!!

We had a spare Hemi and a mint stock Charger so with a coupla vintage drag parts and alot of sweat...we altered the body and stock frame,added sheetmetal for the flooring,hitched up a front axle and made us a "High Tech" rear spoiler from the rear trunk!!Next thing Dang we had us a racer!!!!!......During our initial time/testing behind the shop we averaged 180+......until the fiberglass hood blew off and we realized also the heads weren't torqued down at all!!!

Thanks fellas....this body came smashed in the mail so I figgered I would do a wrecked funnycar...actually it would have been melted a bit and the whole inside of body blackened....I used dullcoat and sprinkled/smudged black pastel dust for ash/smoke look...exhaled from my cigarette to get smoke in 1st pic...tried to replicate exploded gas tank and motor...I used no reference so its kinda "imagineered"..Later....W427

Wow !! This week we had this funny towed in still warm to the touch!!!Figured with a fiberglass repair kit and some funny car parts we could patch her back together and run funny car class...

We were pokin around in the woods behind............ "WOLFIES SPEED AND DRAG SHOP" ........and found this weird Cuda.Supposed to be a famous car?.The dern engine was in the trunk and she was kinda purty in gold and all...took it for a ride but she is back heavy and flips up the dang front end!!!. http://www.wolfie427.com/

Well we were tired of waiting for this old lady to pick up her yellow restored 65 with original 6 cylinder and all mint so we decided to keep it and change it around a bit!!I had a used funnycar motor behind the outhouse and figgered up some special suspension and awb tricks and off we went!!!..WOWWIE car is dern quick alrighty BUT NO BRAKES!!!!! http://www.wolfie427.com/

Geezer....your comment was so funny I laughed to myself!!...BUT I FEEL THE SAME WAY I RATHER SEE A MEAN BEAT BIG BLOCK PRIMERED 55 OR ANY GASSER CAR RUN THAN THE SHINY STUFF!!!...NOT SURE WHY BUT ITS BETTER!!!!
