Hello………thank you all so very much for the kind comments…….I really do appreciate them ……..body is just about finished…….I just need to work on the bottom ledge and then I can sand and shape…….then primer and putty……it`s not perfect but,good enough for the girls I go with…....thanks for looking.

Hello…….thanks guy for the kind comments…….I really do appreciate them……..on the way to the NNL West show yesterday……..Art Laski,Paul Cadwell and I stopped at a Hobby shop in Gilroy……and I picked up this giant canopy used for a huge airplane…….and I really think I can make it work for my Garlit`s body……..I will have to modify it …….but,I think it will work?……..If it does`nt then I will have to go back to the drawing board…….But,I have confidence in myself………thanks for looking.

Leonard……..I use hollow tubing and run a medium gauge wire thru it………and it helps keep the bend in place……..thanks

Hello……..I started this Don Garlit`s Swamp Rat 33 Streamliner today………My good friend and little Brother Chris Sobak AKA "Mooneyzs"……..hooked me up with Shapeways / TDR 3D printing……..and he also ordered me a Flathead engine and blower set from Shapeways……..Chris also helped me research this project and gave me some advice ……..thank you Chris for your help little Brother ………I started building the chassis ……I will work on it tomorrow as well…….thanks for looking.

Hello……..this is a replica of the Mercedes: Blue Wonder" with the Mercedes 722 Race Car……..My good friend Greg Wann AKA: the "Master Caster" sent me a resin casting of the "Blue Wonder" and a Revell 722 Race Car kit…….and asked me to build it ……..so that his customers could see what it will look like……..I purchased a Italeri Mercedes 300 SL Roadster from my friend Rusty……..and used that for the under carriage and engine for the "Blue Wonder"……….if you would like to see how I built this model ……..you can go here to check it out: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=82148 I would like to thank Greg Wann AKA "MasterCaster" for giving me the chance to build this model……..I would like to thank my good friend Gary with gws.decals@verizon.net for making the custom "Blue Wonder" decals…….I highly recommend Gary…….he does Fantastic work…..thank you to Skip AKA: "SJordan2" for his help with the artwork for the scale plaid Fabric……..thank you to my Big Brother Brad for printing out the plaid design onto fabric paper………thank you "Pro Tech" for some great various products…….and thank you to my Brother Vince for printing out the "Blue Wonder" license plates.
