  1. Hi… This one has some history… About 10 plus years ago, I bought a resin body from Gregg. When I received the package it had an extra body…. A Shortened VW bus without a roof and nothing else, with a note… “ I know you can make this one cool… “ or something close to that. Anyway, O put it aside for a couple of years until last year when the chance to attend the GSL finally came. I grafted a 1953 amt Chevy 3100 pickup roof and fabricated almost everything else…

    hope you guys like it…

  2. Not much here… Just a change of color, XS tuning wheels with Pegasus sleeves on the rears and some minor custom touches. Since the engine in this model In real life was a Mitsubishi Eclipse engine, I put some badging accordingly… hope you guys like it…

  3. Man, I know this post is Ollllllld... But here are my two cents...

1195's are as you state, to convert kit 15"wheels to 19" wheels and tires... I think these are based on some Detail Master rims that were availabe some time ago...

2398's and 2399's are to convert 19" rims to 23" wheel size, they come in stepped and smooth rim finish and also used to be available in red, blue, purple anodized finish.

Y have used some Tamiya and Aoshima rims with these sleeves and have had nice results.

    Hope this helps out...
