  1. John, Absolutely fantastic! You really should keep your build up to date with lots of nice pictures for us! Cheers! Joseph
  2. Cool! King Richard's scooby! I love it! Cheers! Joseph
  3. Did it show up alright this time? Cheers! Joseph
  4. Mike, I'll give it a go, but it's still in the "annoyingly unreadable" green! Also, I've somehow lost some of the resolution trying to get the sizing correct, it's a little blurry now. I hope this works. I plan to re-do completely by the third installment so that everyone can enjoy! Cheers! Joseph "fingers crossed"
  5. I'm trying to see if this works. Please let me know if not. Thanks, Joseph
  6. Sorry Guys, I really want to fix this for you. I'm sure your not the only ones having trouble. For some reason, some of you are only seeing the thumbnail from Fotki. I'm not sure why it's only some of you, but that's gotta change. Does anyone know how to make sure that it posts my "original downloaded photo" and not just the thumbnail from Fotki? Help is needed to try to make this work. Thank you in advance. Cheers! Joseph
  7. I'm not sure how to make it clear there has been an update for each new installment. I'd like to keep it all in one thread, but right now I'm still getting people that are having trouble reading them. I aim to please so I'll keep trying to improve on my posts. Ideas and feedback please! Cheers! Joseph
  8. Group, O.K., I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here guys. It shows up fine for me, and some others aren't having any problems with it. The pages are 950 Pixels across. They are posted from Fotki. Any advice on what I'm doing wrong. Everything looks great from this end but I'd like for all to enjoy. Please give some advice and feedback. Cheers! Joseph

  10. Dave, I guess I didn't do too bad with the Door, A-Pillar, and Fender conversion. Looks much better than the Kit anyway. Too bad I didn't have this photo first! I know your a busy man, but anymore photos of the Challenger(s) you have restored would be appreciated. The interior photos you sent me are of great value. Send more pretty please! My e-mail is: josephpatterson@yahoo.com in case you do not have it anymore. Thanks again Dave! Cheers! Joseph
  11. Kevin, I like! The E21 BMWs are among of my favorites! Nice 1/43! Cheers! Joseph
  12. Mike, If you are not having to use a solvent solution in order for the decals to conform to an irregular surface, you can do this job easily. Use a setting solution cut by 50% with warm water for decal placement. Try to use the minimum amount of water to place the decal on the model. That will insure that the decal you are placing it next to will not unstick itself. Try only dipping the decal into the warm water solution for a second, then placing it on a clean surface, letting the decal lift from the backing in the bubble of water that it is sitting in. That way you are working with the minimum amount of water from the get go. After the decal is in place, wick the excess water away with an corner of small cloth or paper towel. I like to use a lint free cloth that is cut into small 2" X 2" pieces. The lint free cloth insures no tiny unwanted fuzz is trapped with the decal when it dries. After the water is wicked away, a hairdryer on a low setting is used to completely dry the decal in place. Let the decal cool a little bit, then move to the next decal. You'll figure it out quickly on how long it will take for each step. With that many letters, you might want to take a lot of breaks! I hope this helps. Cheers! Joseph
  13. Now that's special! I love it! Too cool! Cheers! Joseph

  18. Hello Group, I'm a new member and have already enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable help and advice from some of the veteran members here. Thanks guys. I've been building airplane kits for the past several years, but now I have the car bug back. I thought I'd put up some pics of kit I built for your enjoyment. I hope to soon be posting more photos of a project I will be starting soon(look for it "On the Workbench"). 1/24 Tamiya Ford Escort Rally Car: Cheers! Joseph
