  1. Here is the final product I am still trying to find a way to make the windshield and back window look old and yellow I am thinking about making it look cracked.
  2. For the rims I sprayed them with grey primer when dry I went back with Model Master Acryl 4675 Rust paint put a small amount of paint in dots then back with a dry brush and went over the whole area. For the frame I mixed up some flat colors that I have "black, copper, burgandy and orange". I paitned and let it dry for a day. I then mixed some flat black, flat grey and some aluminum put is on light and followed it up with some rust the same way as the rims. I am working on the body tonight and will put some pictures up tomorrow.
  3. Working on a 34 Ford. This is my first time of trying to get old worn out and rusted look. Let me know what you think and please feel free to give me any ideas or suggestions. Thank you and have a great day. I will be using flat paint on the body to make it look like the paint is faded out. And will be trying to add the dust or dirt affect on the body also. Will submit completed picture as soon as its done.
  4. Thank you everyone for the replies I have been working on making a paint booth that will make it easier to spray some good paint. I do run light to have a good view of what I am doing so I will start leaving a light on to help with the cooking. Thank you again.
  5. I am getting back into modeling and am taking more care on the details mainly paint. I have been waiting about 24 hrs between painting I am probably overdoing the time between paint sand and repaint but I want to see if it makes a difference in the long run. Any thoughts on this?
