  1. Thanks Ray! I am gathering parts for a 16th scale Rear Engine Funny Car... I will probably build another Surfin' Freddy too!
  2. FLAMING ORANGE HOG VETTE!!! I applied a coat of Testors Diamond Dust, then I sprayed 3 more coats of Testors Flaming Orange! After the Orange dried I masked off the body and sprayed 2 coats of Gloss Black! Turned out OK, Thank Goodness!!! I always worry that the paint will run under the masking tape...
  3. ONE MORE THING!!! I Boxed in the Nose and made a Front Axle Mount before the Final Coat of Primer. I also made a Full Belly Pan that will be Painted Gloss Black. Now For Some Paint!!!
  4. NICE WORK STEVE!!! Looks Great...
  5. A Few More FREDDY FLIP OUT Photos... That was Fun!!! Now What?
  6. Thanks for the kind words Dr.! I am stacking them on the shelves at this point, almost out of room! Looking for a new Showcase now...
  7. FREDDY FLIP OUT 2012!!! I wanted to build a Vintage Freddy Flip Out, but they are going for over $400 on Ebay. So I decided to make my own Flip Out for 2012! Freddy Started out as a cross between a Vintage Monogram Freddy Flypogger "SUPER FUZZ" Kit and a Hawk "Beach Bunny" Kit! Most parts are modified. The IN-N-OUT Cup was made from the end of a Sharpie Marker. The Beach Base is Covered with Sand & Real Shells... Surfin' Freddy was a Real Fun Build! I just might try another Surfin' Model...More photos coming!
  8. WHAT"S FREDDY GRABBING FOR??? We recieved a lot of suggestions like....Fink Beer, a Coconut Cocktail, the Beach Bunny, Bottled Water, Sun Tan Lotion, Surf Board Wax, a Hamburger, Beer, More Beer. Beer was the Most Popular item Suggested! I ended up going with a Cold Beverage from IN-N-OUT Burgers!!! Finished Photos coming later today...

  12. FINAL DETAILS!!! Went looking for sea shells at the Beach, but ended up finding some really nice Shells at the Harbor Gift Shop... HEY!!! Who woke up the Locals? After gluing Freddy to the Beach Base, I positioned the Surf Board and Carved out a slot for the Board. THAT'S ALL FOLKS!!! Finished Photos of Freddy Flip Out will be Posted Soon...
