i got both of them are of ebay not sure what the silverado wheels are or from what and the ones on the blazer are called varianza f2s from vip car parts

i know its been quite some time since ive posted anything on here but heres a few of my recent and current builds!

i dont know how you do casting and stuff believe me if i did ive done did alot of stuff lol

i started on this just the other day..so far ive made the body lay on the ground by cutting out the frame rails so i could keep the interior as stock as possible.im working on building the interior now i have a center console built and 50% or so of the back which will be a sound system,has racing seats and a buncha other goodies to make it look just right when complete.the wheels are 19's if i remeber right?they were chrome but i repainted them black.now as far as the body shaved the doors,the whole entire back hatch is molded in the hood is allso molded in as well filling in the corner lights on the grille so all their really is just headlights,filled in where the mirrors would go allso.the front bumper i trimmed out the very bottom n filled all the rest give it a much better look plus so it would fit in with rest of the body..let me know what you guys think..ill have more pics of my progress here in a few days..

well ive painted it earlier this morning a testors gloss red came out great i think just need some clear any idea on what is the best clear to use?back is wanting sit lower but once the interior is in it'll sit level,motor is all put together and put in..now to just finish painting stuff..and about the interior ideas im think im just do most of it red and add silver and some black here and there.ive never been good with white for some reason it never covers right

this is the first car ive done in a very long time but this is my new model car build 67 chevelle ss with a 396 so far its been lowered a little trying get it level as possible.ive shave the doors and letters that were here and there on the body and the wiper cowl has allso been shaved.plans for pint are going to be a red not sure on what type of red just let me know what you guys think!

just a little update alot of bodywork is now done.bed is smoothed in with cab upper n bottom peice of front bumper is molded into each other now and shaved fog lights and added a fresh coat of primer!

yup all plastic!and only 5 bucks the only metal on it is the screws holding on the front bumper for now..but now that i think of it really does allmost look as if it is one of the jada toys trucks longest ive had one of them was from the store to my work bench for extra goodies

this isnt a real model it is a toy from my local dollar store its a little bigger then an 1:24 scale model but not by much,this build is mainly for the fun of having something different on the shelf..so far everything is shaved,bed floor raised,back bumper molded into bed,had to cut out the black ugly windows not much done so far still alot more bodywork to do!

thank you..and im building a whole new frame front to back out of styrene tubing and then making custom control arms and other stuff out of the round tubing

well theres the 80's stepsides that are 2wd i see some every now and then on ebay which the frames will prolly work for both trucks

nothing yet the suspension it came with was 4 wheel drive stuff so im gonna try and make it to the closet hobby store near me soon that has the plastic strips and stuff and make a whole new frame

ok well here they are the pictures with paint its a diamond dust testors paint.once it cures a 100%ill be taping it off and adding a design of some kind in blue..the interior is completely done i should have pics of the motor completely done allso by tomorrow!let me know what you guys think
