  1. Thanks Mark, and i do agree with you 100%. The reason the engine bay is a bit rough is becasue near the end i rushed it, bad idea lol and the paint that looked bad on the interior was just the bad pic. I have some other builds i wanted to get to and so i just finished up this cuda really fast. The inner fenders were not really that bad to fit in there, and as you may have noticed i also forgot the battery and the washed bottle but i added that after i had looked at the pics i took. One other thing i hate about this kit are the bumpers, they dont fit and the rear bumper had a huge injector pin mark on it. O well its just another model on the shelf
  2. the inner fenders i took from a AMT 68 roadrunner i built many years ago
  3. i was hoping the decals would come out better but they would not stick and move around alot, so they dont really look right
  4. hey guys i just finished this barracuda last night. This was a very bad kit to buils and lots ahad to be done on just about every part to make it fit, but in the end i think it looks ok.
  5. Ron just said they were 1/25 so i guess that means there 1/25 lol
  6. i think the bed may be a new thing, and i will try to get a pic
  7. I found this guy through facebok, his name is Ron Andrews and he sells the beds for $7.95 each. They look to be very nice castings and you can also get a crew cab 79 chevy pickup from him that needs a donor kit, the long bed also goes with the crew cab.
  8. there were a few 76 pinto hatch backs runing on ebay also for around the same price

  10. hehe i will take a pic of it when it gets here
  11. I just got a 77ish MPC Pinto wagon 2n1 off ebay for $42 plus $10 shipping, its the original issue and is still factory sealed.Smart or stupid?
  12. i'm going to keep my eye out for some of those monster truck kits and i might also get one of the blazers to make a bed and for extra parts
  13. Hey guys just a few days ago i got the revell/monogram 79 chevy pickup kit and it is a step side. What i want to do with the kit is make a replica of a 78 GMC dually my dad used to have and what i need to know is, is the bed in the fleetside 79 chevy pickup kit a long box of a short box and is there a resin dually bed for that gen of GM truck? i can make my own with a long box fleetside bed and stepside fenders but resin would be much easier. Thanks
