I have a few plastic 1/32 cars that are just the body and clips for the wheels that look just like that car and are light blue. May this be what you were referring to? . If I get a chance I'll dig it out . I got them in a old garage I was tearing down. That was full of 50s and 60 era models and train stuff. Like marks elct trains ,auburn rubber animals . And so on.
