Having built a stock 86' El Camino from the MPC kit I'd have to say this is a good use for it!

I love the pair of irons in the passenger side seat!

Are you using the MPC kit? I just completed one myself not in the devilish fashion that I wished I'd though of! I've got all the custom SS parts if you need any.

I get frustrated alot when doing a build and it dosent come out how I visioned it. But I just turn up the iTunes put in a pinch of grizzly green and go back at it!

My 1986 Elcamino is almost done, rolling chassis is complete for the Ford F1 body work is almost done with it as well.

Sorry this is a little late was at the lake most of the weekend and just now getting to post these. Most of this is the 86 Elcamino SS ive been working on, the other is the interior for the 1950 Ford F1 Pickup.

Just picked up one myself! Thinking of doing a nose in the ground look with black pearl base and candy apple over it. I'll be looking in at yours!

Just an FYI to any builders that live in or near greenwood. Flower Factory on US 31 is going out of bussiness and they carry a full line of testors and other model building supplies a few italier models but mostly supply's. going in Friday to pick up anything I can get my hands on!

Thanks alot guys, I seem to like the acrylic paints more than the enamel they are just flat, but some gloss spray would help that.

Hey I'm new to the boards and fairly new to modeling, when I was a kid I had alot of the revell snap togthere kits tried a few of the more challenging ones but couldn't get into it. My father in law had some old monogram kits that he found cleaning out thierry leake house so I decided to throw them togthere, the first one went togthere sloppy. Second one I learned my mistakes but still not there. One question I do have is he gave me an unopened kit of testors enamel paints from 1985 and was wondering if the paint, glue, and putty that was in there is still useable? Thanks alot guys hope to enjoy my stay!
