  1. I do believe that is the Bandit Humvee from 'The Spirits Within' http://finalfantasy....irits_Within%29
  2. Hey Dr. Cranky, in your last video, you mentioned that the van had a warped chasis and that you fixed it. How do recognize and fix something like that?
  3. I think it will look awesome. I am currently building this model myself while I wait for the one that I ordered for this build to show up. I had a few ideas to turn it apocalyptic, but decided to continue building it normally.
  4. It's the end of the world, your not suppossed to get comfortable. I would go with the seat from dirtmodeler. It just looks awesome.
  5. Wow, looking awesome everyone. I am getting really jealous. I can't wait much longer for my models now. I might stop by my local hobby lobby tomorrow just to grab something to start building a secondary vehicle or something.
  6. Wow Rodney, that looks amazing. Can I ask how you did that?
  7. I actually found like a knitting or crochet mesh sheet that measures 10.5in by 13.5in and looks like it would be pretty good for scales 1/24 up to 1/35 and other similar scale ranges. Each sheet costs like 99cents at Michaels. They are fairly sturdy, yet flexible enough to easily work with. Try combing through your local art supply store, I did this the other weekend and have found a lot of great material that I am hoping to use on my build (whenever my model gets here). I found that there are all sorts of small trinkets and materials that other hobbies use that can be made into something for modeling, especially this kind of build.
  8. Awesome kits Doc. I can't wait for mine to arrive.
  9. Will do, I'm thinking of picking this up for a base and just going crazy with some of my ideas. I don't want to spoil too much though. http://transportmodels.co.uk/us112tonpersonnelcarrierwc63bigshot135scaleplastickit-16845.php?products_id=16845
  10. I'm new to the hobby, but I'm in. Being new though, I don't really have any spare kits/pieces lying around. After reading and looking at everything here, I have some pretty cool ideas and just hope that I can find something to build them with. I can't wait to get started. I don't think I have ever been this excited to build something before!!
