  6. I like this. Cool project !
  7. How about a thread were we show our custom wild, crazy , insane creations ? I think they can be the most fun to build. I know most of us will think of our friend Ira when we think of wild custom builds but there must be more than a few here who think outside the box on once in a while. You know the ones that are made from several kits or scratch built and would probably not exist in the real world. You got em', lets see em'. I will start it off with a few.
  8. That's all in one day ???? Wow ! Driving anymore is an adventure. Bad drivers here in Phoenix, except for me ! : )
  9. Sorry for your loss of Molly. How old was she ? New dogs name ?
  10. Caution !!!!! That's all I'm going to say.

  14. Nice AWB ! I remember that Merc I think. Is that buttons for wheels/hub caps ?
  15. I never realized a person in your position would have to pay into SS twice.
  16. Looks like a 70 with a 69 front. Very cool looking Stang.
  17. Thanks guys. You are too kind. As far as the engine goes I used the optional v8 that comes in the kit.
  18. Fantastic work Darryl .
  19. Finished this one up today with the exception of the rivet decals I ordered and were/are going to use on the shirts to replicate how they are held on. Anyway , this is the re-release of the AMT 36. I filled the door handles holes as well as the rumble seat detail. I wired the engine and made the front skirts from sheet plastic. Decals are from the parts box. The paint is Fathom Green and Tamiya Silver Leaf on the skirts. I don't normally like greens too much but I really like this one. It was also clear coated. Not exactly the outcome I was shooting for but at least it's different. Good or bad I will leave to you. Comments as always are welcome pro or con.
  20. Very nice ! I really like the split bumper Camaro's.
  21. Car is finished and will be posted in the "Under Glass" section soon.
  22. I am still chasing a special "first ". The perfect model build. Has not happened and no doubt never will. Ya gotta keep trying, right ?
  23. Looks good, nice job. You could perhaps sand or grind some plastic from the underside of the hood to get the hood to fit the way you want.
