The title pretty much says it all. I want to lower a roadster for a rat-road build. How do you do that? Thanks

Hey All I am brand new to this forum and to making / painting model cars in general. I have been involved in alot of custom Remote Controlled vehicle work, but now am settling down into this fantastic hobby. I am really loving the weathered look of some of these models. I think the rusty look is awesome! I was wondering how to appy a decal so it looks like old paint or weathed, as apposed to just a sticker. Thanks in Advance!
