  1. Hmmm I guess I can only add so many pics per post, so here are the rest- More kitbashing and scratching- I scratched this tire rack, but took it off after I changed the build direction- Radio mount- The "new" door compared to mine- Fuel can rack- Old turret. I ended up building a brass one, but I don't have any pics of it- That's all for now. I need to get some paint on it, but I don't have an airbrush where I am, and probably won't until maybe the end of the year. I've waited this long, what's a few more months?
  2. This build has been going for maybe 6-7 years now. On and off, home and abroad. I started with the basic Tamiya M1026 HMMWV to convert to an M1114. When i started this build, there were next to no conversion or upgrade kits out there, so I scratchbuilt most of it. Last year, I went ahead and picked up just a few upgrade kits to make my life easier and someday get this done.... When first started I didn't have a direction for it, then I ended up using one in real life, so I decided to replicate it. That's me- Added interior panels- Modified dash- Kitbashed the roof- The scratchbuilt doors I later replaced with aftermarket- Scratchbuilt front bumper-
  3. Not much to show of this one. More pictures later this week or early next once I'm settled. I've always wanted to build a "flat" car, so this was it. I'm going for the SCCA SOLO racer look. The interior has very little complete, same with the drivetrain. It will be mostly stock, with the exception of a cone filter and some racing seats. The hood will be carbon fiber, and I've got some Fujimi BBS wheels with a yellow lip. At first, I lowered the car 1 scale inch, to replicate the popular lowered stance, but something was out of whack, and the tires hit the fenders, so I had to bring it back up to stock in the rear. As you look at these, please realize my camera SUCKS. The door panel wash is actually darker than the body, and the body is actually flat.
