  1. I built this Lindberg 64 Dodge to factory stock specs several years ago from the Color Me Gone kit before the street version hit the shelves. I think the early Chrysler wedge engines look awesome. The engine was a resin kit of forgotten origin. Thanks for looking.
  2. This is a replica of one of the last full size Chevys built with the 290 HP fuelie motor. The Monogram Impala was converted to a 2 door sedan and the back seat converted to a package tray. The Impala trim was replaced with Evergreen styrene Biscayne trim. The motor is from the 57 Black Widow and has been detailed to 59 appearance. The doors are opened and hinged with Biscayne style trim. The poverty caps are Modelhaus. The paint is Tamiya rattle can Mica Dark Blue. I have added some items from a Detail Master photo etch set, and will be adding the Biscayne scripts from the 1960 set when I feel like dropping somemore change! Thanks for looking.
  3. These are often over looked but very cool. This one is modeled after the real deal that sold at Mecum. The AMT re issue annual has doors opened and the frame and pan separated for detailing such as exhaust and rear axle and suspension. The engine is from the kit with "dealer added" twin 4-barrels. Paint is Testor rattle can Turquise over white. Thanks for looking.
  4. I'm a big fan of factory stock and clean detailing. This build pushes my buttons!!!
  5. Always loved these cars since watching "Thunder Road" as a kid. This is the AMT kit converted from a Fairlane. If only I had known about the pending release of the new 57 Ford, DOH! The chassis is separated from the pan so everyting down there could be detailed. The 312 Y block has the Paxton blower, reworked per photo references. The interior panels are reworked to simulate low line trim. Paint is generic rattle can green and white. Poverty caps are Modelhaus. Thanks for looking.
  6. I chopped it, opened the doors, and channeled it. The engine is from the Monogram 32 5 window with AMT valve covers. Tranny is parts pack Hydro stick. Big N Littles from the parts drawer. Paint is Tamiya rattle can black over copper and biege. Thanks for looking.
