This is the new Stranger Things Blazer. It's a really great kit, but I don't like how they did the windows for it. I also don't like how the did the clear parts. It's all clear parts, so you have to paint the tail lights, ect. I do like the range of decals and the full color instruction manual. It's a little challenging, but it comes out looking great. I've always liked these trucks. For a short time I owned a 1986 Blazer. It had a lot of problems; like an exhaust leak. Zero to 60 in about a mile (if lucky). That was the reason I got rid of it. It was an old fire captain's truck I found. I loved the grill guard and fog lamps. My 94 Jimmy was a far better truck and I was sad to sell it at 899,000mi on the odometer. But, new laws in NC at the time forced me to sell it before I got to see the odometer roll over. Great truck! My dad used to have a full size Bronco that was a similar shade of green and with a similar interior, so that's what I went with over more traditional colors. Finished these two up in the last week. Two giant pains in the rear in regards to decals, the Monte Carlo's fell apart on the touch so had to decal bond the hell out of it and the Duster decals turned milky yellow. The color on the Duster is apparently a regular RAL standard color(yellow green), thank God it came out as nice and close to the hi-impact colors.
