Another off the bench and under glass this was a pretty fun build by the end I was pretty unmotivated to finish it due to running into issues with not letting primer dry long enough and putting heavy coats on to try and hide the window trim I messed up , I started but cutting the top and takeing out about 4mms, I dont have any putty or bondo so I decided to use my CA glue to fill, it worked for the most part but took a day to dry , once dried I sanded it flat , in the process I sanded down the ridge around the top that simulates the vinyl top to simulate that someone cut it out and filled it with sheet metal; this worked out great but in the process I also sanded off the drip edge and most of the window trim this is where I got very discouraged and just wanted to get it done. I scratch built the velocity stacks out of brass stock; ruined a few in the process but in the end I really know what im doing now lol , and the ingntion coil was made from soldier and some shrink wrap painted , I attempted to make the connections between the carbs and it looks alright but not anything like I was hopeing. For the most part this was a lot of new technics I was trying and some turned out better then others . Opionions and positive criticism are welcome hope everyone enjoys
