Hi All, I've been a fan of funny cars and dragsters since I was a kid. My faves from the 70's are Tom McEwen and Don Prudhomme. I liked Don Garlits as well. I'm getting ready to start the much built Mongoose and Snake funnies and I plan to do some extra detail work. I have been modeling for a few years but I built military aircraft for thr most part. Got the bug to build some vintage nitro after seeing the work of many members here. I have been lurking and learning from you guys. I will have questions that I hope you'll answer. Thanks and I'm glad to be here.

Hi, Everyone! I'm new here! I've been a 'Guest' for about 2 years now, decided to bite the bullet and sign up. I currently live in Upstate NY and have been building models off and on for that past twenty years or so. I've been building military armor for most of that, just getting into some 1:24 scale truck stuff now (not big rigs, but off-road stuff). I'm not sure if my builds would pass muster here - but I sure am willing to share tips & tricks with all y'all. That's All I got fer now!
