    Just in time for spring, is this "spring green" 1/24 Western Star 5964 Constellation. Painted with Tamiya Candy Lime Green. A pretty straight forward build with no frills. Just added bare metal foil, reflective tape and added fender mud guards. Had some challenges with the hood lining up (which was surprising, given the precision of these Italeri kits).

    Hi, this is my Western Star. It was a fun project to keep me busy through this brutal winter. Its pretty stock except for the paint. I'm working on a tank trailer for it but haven't finished that yet. Enjoy

    I built this truck in the early 80s..it surived Hurricane Rita but not my nephew..anyway its in the body shop for a new face lift..gona build a southern self loading log trailer for it..up date later..
