i made this using a resin printed vh valiant charger body which part of the grille and front bumper and lower valance had shattered when removing the supports so i decided to modify it into a vj body using some headlights and a scratch made grille i used putty to fill in the missing section of the front bumper and lower front valance i also made the custom opera style side windows and added a rear window louver cover i scratch made the right hand drive valiant dash the rest of the interior came from my parts boxes the chassis exhaust tips and wheels came from my parts boxes i painted the body rust-oleum 2x gloss real orange i brush painted the interior apple barrel matte light mocha acrylic paint 1974 Chrysler VJ valiant charger rt 340.mp4

this is a replica of the 72 vh valiant charger xl driven by the character michael ryan in the classic aussie tv series RYAN staring rod mullinar as michael ryan a former police officer now private investigator the show ran for 39 episodes from 73 to 74 and was produced by crawford production for the seven network it had a crossover episode with another long running aussie cop series called homicide in one episode ryan's charger got submerged under water almost up to the windows he would get another one same color but with a different plates the body is resin printed the interior pan and chassis and rims and tires and front windshield came from my parts boxes i made the figurine of ryan using a g scale model railroad passenger figurine i painted the body rust-oleum bright coat copper the interior i painted rust-oleum 2x flat black primer i hand made the front and back plates i have the ryan theme song playing in the background of the video 1972 Chrysler vh valiant charger xl from Ryan .mp4

i made this australian version of the amc amx which were built by australian motors industries under the rambler brand i used a vintage jo-han 1969 amx kit with a 3d resin printed figure of me standing next to the drivers side i made the right hand drive dash by taking a picture of the kit dash and uploading that picture into a image to 3d model generator then i 3d resin printed it in rhd layout i painted the body rust-oleum 2x satin french blue and then used rust-oleum universal gloss clear to make it look as close as i could to hayman blue i painted the interior rust-oleum 2x flat black primer the rims and tires came from my parts boxes and the queensland plate decals were made by a friend 1969 AMI Rambler AMX.mp4
