Revell 1/48 '55 Chevy 2-ton questions

If you have one of these kits handy, could you measure and tell me the outside diameter of the tires, the width of the front clip, and the width of the front track? I'm trying to see if the truck chassis and front end could be combined with the vintage plastic toy school bus I just got (eBay listing with photos here; overall length is 7 1/2" and wheelbase is 4 1/2").
