Harry P. Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Until I get my eye problems worked out, ROM/Auto ID will be "on vacation." But never fear, loyal fans... we will be back. ROM/Auto ID has fans from all over the world. We have several people from Australia, The UK, Germany, and other places, including South Africa, who regularly play the game, and I don't want to disappoint you guys. So hang in there, be patient. The games will resume soon.
GeeBee Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Good luck Harry, I was having problems with mine last year,it's no fun, hope you get them sorted soon
dw1603 Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Hi Harry,Just tried to PM you, but the system isn't cooperating. I hope your eye concerns are not too serious and that you will be back in action soon. If you need some replacement eyeballs, you could probably have mine, coz I ain't using them! Did some damage to the undercarriage of my caravan whilst on vacation and in an attempt to save £20 (about 30 bucks) I went to a steel supplier to get a piece of 45 mm box section. They didn't have any, but they did have a big yellow flatbed truck that I reversed my SUV into. About £600 damage altogether. Some days it would be better to stay in bed!Best wishes Harry, thinking of you and hoping to see you back soon.Dave
Harry P. Posted July 24, 2015 Author Posted July 24, 2015 Thanks, Dave.Doc says my eyes are pretty much back to normal. The infection just sort of burned itself out naturally. So fingers crossed, I am good to go.

Harry P. Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 While my eyes were messed up I wasn't allowed to wear my contact lenses. Had to get by with a 15-year old pair of glasses. They were good enough for me to get by, but my prescription had changed since those glasses were new. Thank GOD I can go back to wearing my contacts and being "normal" again and being able to see clearly. It's amazing how you tend to take things for granted until you lose them.
