pegasus 19" disc brakes and rotors

do these brakes look good on pegasus 23" rims? i think the brakes were meant for 19" rims , but where are the respective brakes for the 23s?

I don't think Pegasus does any other disc brakes, and the difference in 19 an 23 inch wheels aren't that big, about 4 millimeters total so I think they would work just fine.
