If you know someone that has a 3D printer, there is a file of the 002 car on Cults3d available for a little over $4. It doesn't state what scale the file is, but you can scale it to fit a 1/25th scale kit.  It is a one piece car it looks like, but if someone is good with some of the programs out there, they might be able to print just the scoop area out.
