So the bra is on,was a pita to get off the backing paper. Cut the tub in pieces for more easy detailing.

If this was bad or good idea i guess i will find out later on. Now i`ll go dig into the decals and see if i can

find the stripes that go over the trunk and rear quarter panels.

Thanks

I will have to wait about 2 or 3 weeks for the bumpers and grill to come back from USA,should give me some

time to try make a decent interior. There is also things that need to be done on the engine and compartment.

Just found out the redlines from the AMT tire pack measure 15",same as the Polyglass GT,so no steelies on

this one. Maby it will look good with Magnums or other classic 15" wheels.

As it is now. The glass should be right around the corner.

I dont know if it`s just me but the Ultra Bright Chrome seem like garbage to me. It either stick to

much or not at all. I consider do the foil all over again from the belt line all over with regular.

Used some Revell 68 Charger seats and found a spare console,AMT i assume,it will need

some work. Put on some flocking on the floor and BMF on door panels.

Nice work Tommy!......... Did you know Bear metal foil has a foil glue for this foil,it makes it stick better . Just brush it on let dry 10 min

i 've used it for years works Awesome. I do like the color of your Coronet ,I got the same resin kit and will do my Coronet in turquoise without vinyl roof.

Little engine work done.

Should not be necessary to use extra glue, the foil has worked great until this shee of "Ultra Bright Chrome" wich is bad.

It either sticks too much or not at all. Going back to the normal type from now on.

Little more fiddle with the engine bay. Will take all parts apart again and do a better finish on it,just a mock up now.

The paint was returned,it was sent to the wrong adress,so they shipped new paint to me and should be here in not

to long. I got another can Plum Crazy free of charge because of they`re mistake.

Here is what i aim for.

I might go stripe delete and skip the vinyl roof, also not sure about wheel/tire yet.

Good GAWD man, is that Bronze Poly "MM-1", white stripe and white vinyl top, is DEAD-SEXY man!

Myself, I'm fond of the rims they used, those are the Mopar "Magnum 500's"...... I'm partial to the Mopar Rallye rims myself (those found on the '71 Hemi Cuda kits). -But they don't look bad on this '68.....

So far, yours is lookin' good too... Hemi Orange?

The color is called Burnt Orange CK8 Matt. They got it wrong the first time, also the second,so i did not bother

anymore and tried the this one. Wish it was the Bronze on the pictures,i guess i`ll have to try build another

one.

Engine is mounted on the chassis and glass glued in so hope to pair chassis with body today.
