Yet another paint question re: clear coats

Here is an example why I like spraying spoons. Minneapolis Moline used two different yellows and you sure can't get it right based on the cap color.

Well I found a brand new can of wet look clear here tonight, so tomorrow I'm going to spray the AMX, warts and all.

I decided to give my spoons a polish today. They really look a lot better, but the photos don't really do it justice. Thanks very much for all the advice and help that's been offered up, it's helped me out a bunch, and I feel that I now have a handle on the basics,... at long last.

I think I'm starting to get a handle on it now, fellas, so again, thanks for all the help. Below are two photos I just took of my '32 Vicky fenders, one with a flash to show all that cool sparkle (clear coated, but not yet polished).

One more post, and then I think it'll be time to move onto a WIP. Body was prepped and primered Sunday, painted yesterday, then three coats of clear added today;... tomorrow I polish!
