I don't know if someone did this or not, but was there an index that was made of all the old issues of Model Cars Magazine?

I found the one I did, but it was only from issue #81 (October 2002) to #109 (November 2005)

If not, would someone be interested in this project?

No, I don't have all the back issues to send to you.

Yes, you would work for free (not! just kidding, small pay, maybe $100, if I can break open the piggy bank)

I have all issues except for 2014 I think, I could do it, it depends on how short a timeframe you need it in, I don't have much time to put into it.
