A couple of weeks ago I purchased a numbers sheet (#1935) from a Hobbytown about 80 miles away from my house (the closest one to me!). Based on info I got on Cyberwombat's website (http://www.cyberwombat.com/slixx%20number%20pages.htm) this sheet should have come with an insert that included logos I really wanted for a couple of projects. Once I got home-no insert. I sent an email to the customer service contact requesting the insert and after 2 weeks I've heard nothing. Anyone got an idea/similar experience? Should I send a scan of the receipt? PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT badmouthing Slixx, just looking for advice.

Slixx has excellent customer service

They have moved, and now are on the east coast/south.

Gene and Becky are always quick to respond.

Email or PM me and let me know where you sent email/contact to.

Which sheet was it you bought? Knowing Cyberwombat, I'm going to take an educated guess that it's a NASCAR sheet.

By law, Slixx can no longer sell ANYTHING related to NASCAR, not even their old stock. (Except their number sheets, which I don't think they ever bothered to liscence, and the contingency sheets, which are).

If it is indeed a NASCAR decal, there are other places to get it.

Ahh, I love those number sheets. Lots of cool things hidden on there.

The only one that supposedly comes with a suppliment is the final one on there...I bought my copy directly from Slixx and there was NO suppliment in there.
