junkman9096 Posted March 10, 2008 Share Posted March 10, 2008 (edited) A couple of weeks ago I purchased a numbers sheet (#1935) from a Hobbytown about 80 miles away from my house (the closest one to me!). Based on info I got on Cyberwombat's website (http://www.cyberwombat.com/slixx%20number%20pages.htm) this sheet should have come with an insert that included logos I really wanted for a couple of projects. Once I got home-no insert. I sent an email to the customer service contact requesting the insert and after 2 weeks I've heard nothing. Anyone got an idea/similar experience? Should I send a scan of the receipt? PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT badmouthing Slixx, just looking for advice. Billy Kingsley Posted March 10, 2008 Share Posted March 10, 2008 Which sheet was it you bought? Knowing Cyberwombat, I'm going to take an educated guess that it's a NASCAR sheet. By law, Slixx can no longer sell ANYTHING related to NASCAR, not even their old stock. (Except their number sheets, which I don't think they ever bothered to liscence, and the contingency sheets, which are). If it is indeed a NASCAR decal, there are other places to get it. The only one that supposedly comes with a suppliment is the final one on there...I bought my copy directly from Slixx and there was NO suppliment in there.
