imfatdad Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Built models as a kid, and am wanting to start up again, with more detail. As a general question, there is a small but very serious slot car hobby circle near where I live. They are utilizing ONLY 1/24 scale kits. A general question I have is how true are the 1/25 scaled kits (manufacturers) to being the same physical size bodies as 1/24 labeled kits?? I have some 1/25 kits in hand where the size of bodies are identical to 1/24 and as well vice versa... Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. I had thought of maybe picking up a couple of NASCAR kits for a friend who runs the slots, I want to make sure I get a proper kit. The Japanese kits I have seen are pretty detailed, though fairly pricey. Thanks in advance.
disabled modeler Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Welcome..! id think with some work ether scale would work ok.
