tim boyd
I don't have my Chrysler paint chip book handy, but this color actually looks like '73/'74 Silver Frost Metallic. It was a sharp color then (my 1/1 scale '73 Duster 340 was painted that color), and it looks sharp now. Watching your progress on this one....Cheers..>TIM
1972coronet
I don't have my Chrysler paint chip book handy, but this color actually looks like '73/'74 Silver Frost Metallic.JA4 paint code , IIRC . It is a beautiful colour ! It was a sharp color then (my 1/1 scale '73 Duster 340 was painted that color), and it looks sharp now. I've seen a '73 'VS29H3' or two in my life . Almost bought a sleeper version : stripe delete , deluxe wheel covers , etc.
restoman
A4 was the colour I was shooting for, but couldn't find something close on the Duplicolor rack and was too lazy to look elsewhere... I think this is more like A8, which is darker than A4. No matter, I think it looks good on a Barracuda's lines.
