NEED HELP...how to insert photos?

Been trying to insert photos the way i saw here in the forum. with no success. i use photo bucket and i understand you just copy the "direct"  address bar in PB. I've tried just about everything i could think of. any help on this?  i know it can't be this difficult to post photos. 

also, i have no image icon on the header here in the topic box I'm typing in. only been using the "insert other media/  insert image from ULR" button"

No. Copy the "[ img ].... image link, then paste it here into the body of the message. You may have to go into your PB album settings to select that image option if it's not already.

In the Off Topic Lounge, go back to need-help-posting-pictures post by Ace-Garageguy on Aug. 23rd of this year and follow those instructions. They work.

yep tha works. Now lets see how long the photo stays up.
