HGW Seatbelts

I just picked up a set for a project and I've never used them before. They're suppose to be some sort of micro fabric and but it feels like paper to me.

I've not been able to find a review or "how to" with these belts, found one for one of the airplane sets but the micro fabric looks different on that set than the one I picked up. So if anyone has any experience with this product, please post some pics if you got them.
