mrglubaum Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 Well, you're way better than I was at age 14! Your paint work is nice! We get our kits from all kinds of places! Hobby shops, on-line auctions and vendors, shows, and trading or buying directly from other modelers. You're right, Wal-Mart generally sux when it comes to models. Some of them are better than others. Some have no kits at all.

Where do you live??? I am sure we can direct you to your local hobby shops!! Also there are quite a few on-line places like E-Bay, Hobby Heaven www.modelcarkits.com . Also they can be found at places like Michaels and Hobby Lobby. Most of my collection I get from swap meets and a personal friend who buys out peoples unwanted collections and splits them up. At over 1200 kits in my collection, I do not need to get more...but I still do!!!
