what car is it in back to the future

when marty first goes to 1955 hill valley he ends up stopping in the street in front of the unbuilt lyon estates. He stops and gets out of the car and an old couple drives up in a red 4 door car slowing down and then they quickly drive off scared. 

 

can anyone tell me what that car is. i cant even find a picture on google to link here.
